| of Council of American States in China (CASIC). Candice works extensively with the Chinese government and chamber of commerce as well as with US Commercial Office and several US state agencies on bilateral trade and investment affairs. Before CBM Services was established, she was the China Director of Arizona Department of Commerce Asia Pacific Representative Office. She has worked |

| with Chinese and American companies on trade and investment projects and was elected as the Secretary of CASIC in July, 2007. In additions to her strong government relationship in China, Candice has undertaken sales and promotion duties for various industries in the US and the Greater China region for over 15 years. Her extensive international business experience and interpersonal skills enable her to be the ideal contact window for foreign entities in China. |
